Items are placed on reserve for students in various courses such as SAMS, CGSC Electives, and CGSC Scholars. For assistance with checking out course materials, please see the Circulation desk.
In-Library-Use-Only materials needed for a course can be found on reserve at the Circulation desk and used in-house, but may not be checked out and removed from the library.

For a new request, fill out the Course Materials Request Form. All requests require 6-8 weeks to purchase, so please allow an appropriate amount of time when requesting new materials. A Director, Deputy, or Editor will be required to approve a new materials request before purchase.
